These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between ph33.com and all persons who access or use the ph33.com platform, including its website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"). 3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph33.com login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to: (a) choose a strong, unique password; (b) not share your login credentials with any third party; (c) notify ph33.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account; and (d) ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared devices.

ph33.com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified ph33.com of unauthorized access.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on ph33.com. If ph33.com discovers that a player holds multiple accounts, all such accounts may be suspended or permanently closed, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with those accounts may be forfeited without prior notice.

4.1 Deposits

4.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on ph33.com are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). ph33.com is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

6.1 Malfunction Policy

No winnings generated as a result of a malfunction will be honored.

6.2 Disconnection Policy

Where a game round is interrupted due to disconnection, the game will resume from the point of interruption upon reconnection, where technically possible.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph33.com. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.

ph33.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than fraud or breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements. Balances associated with accounts closed due to fraud or breach of these Terms may be forfeited.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their ph33.com account voluntarily may do so by contacting the ph33.com support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of verification.

ph33.com's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph33.com does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph33.com will use reasonable endeavors to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for any downtime, interruption, or data loss.

13.1 Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are required to submit a written complaint to ph33.com's support team. ph33.com will endeavor to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. ph33.com's decision on complaints relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account matters shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
